Manage or delete your data

Erase specific data while keeping your account, sign out without deleting anything, or delete your account and data entirely -- whichever fits.

Erase specific data, keep your account

Open TriviaFall, sign in, then go to Settings → Erase my data. Choose any combination of:

Your account, sign-in, and username are never affected -- you stay signed in throughout, and can keep playing under the same identity afterwards.

Sign out without deleting anything

From Settings → Sign out, or from the app's profile screen. This clears this device's local copy of your profile and stats and starts a fresh guest session here, but your account, stats, and username are untouched on our servers -- sign back in any time to pick up where you left off.

Delete your account entirely

From the app (fastest): open TriviaFall, sign in, then go to Settings → Delete my account. This deletes your account immediately -- no waiting period.

By email, without the app: if you no longer have the app installed, or would rather not sign in to delete it yourself, email data@triviafall.com from the address associated with your account (or include your in-app display name) and ask for your account to be deleted. Requests are handled within a few days.

Deleting your account removes:

Question reports you've submitted are kept (they help improve question quality for everyone) but are no longer linked to your account once it's deleted.

What's never sent to us in the first place

Locally recorded data -- your device's practice/ghost-run history, offline stats, and cached questions -- lives only on your device. You can clear it any time from Settings → Delete my local data, independently of everything above.
